Why Systems Work Matters Now

Everything we do as individuals, as an industry, or as a society is done in the context of an information-feedback system.

Jay W. Forrester
MIT Systems Dynamics Group
1918-2016

Systems thinking skills that thought leaders across the globe consider critical for 21st-century life.

Donella Meadows
Author, Thinking in Systems - A Primer
1941-2001

Business and human endeavors are systems…we tend to focus on snapshots of isolated parts of the system. And wonder why our deepest problems never get solved.

Peter Senge
Author, The Fifth Discipline
1947-

A system is never the sum of its parts; it's the product of their interaction. The performance of a system doesn't depend on how the parts perform taken separately, it depends on how they perform together.

Russell Ackoff
Pioneer of Systems Thinking
1919-2009

The Better Way to Practice

Work With Emergence, Not Against It

Collaborate with systems' natural intelligence rather than forcing predetermined outcomes. Learn to work with emergence instead of fighting it.

Authentic Practice Over Tool Collection

Develop genuine systems engagement capacity, not just more techniques. Build the foundational capability that makes any approach truly effective.

Right Attention for Systems Work

Master the discipline of wise attention to perceive systems as they actually are, not as you assume them to be.

Non-Human-Centric Perspective

Recognize that systems have their own dynamics and intelligence. This fundamental shift opens entirely new possibilities for intervention.

Field-Tested Methodology

Learn the RAW Systems Work Model® developed through practice with hundreds of teams. This isn't theory—it's what actually works.

Multidisciplinary Entry Points

Whatever your background, find your pathway to complete systems thinking capability without abandoning your professional expertise.

Ask & Learn

Need Help? Start Here First

What are Foundation trainings and do I need them?

Foundation trainings are introductory sessions to the RAW Systems Work Model® that serve as the starting point for series or programs. Most trainings in other categories require Foundation training completion first - check the specific requirements for each training. Foundation training includes *Emergent Systems Thinking & Authentic Practice with Right Attention: A primer for systems work* by Victor Nuñez and establishes essential understanding before advancing to specialized skills, comprehensive programs, or certification tracks.

Will I receive professional certification?

The public trainings available here are not accredited as they are part of the trainer's own learning and development program promoting systems practice. However, accreditation is coming soon with ICF (International Coaching Federation), ICAgile, and IAF (International Association of Facilitators). Full program completion will be required for credentials with these bodies.

Do I need a specific background to participate?

No! Our approach is multidisciplinary by design. Whether you're in engineering, coaching, management, consulting, or any other field, you'll find your entry point to systems thinking capability. If you work with complexity, lead teams, facilitate change, or want to move beyond linear problem-solving, systems work capability is essential.

Are courses available online and in-person?

Yes! We offer both online sessions via Zoom and in-person trainings. In-person training defaults to Bangkok, with other locations considered based on demand and group size. Both formats maintain our commitment to authentic practice, systems thinking, and relational depth - the choice depends on your learning preferences and logistical needs.

Can I take individual trainings or do I need the full program?

After the required Foundation training, you can take individual trainings based on your needs. However, full program completion is required if you're pursuing professional credentials with ICF, ICAgile, or IAF.

What makes this different from other systems thinking courses?

We focus on authentic systems practice, not just theory. You'll learn the field-tested RAW Systems Work Model® developed through work with hundreds of teams, emphasizing emergence and real-world application over tool collection. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures relevance regardless of your current role or industry - whether you're in coaching, consulting, management, education, therapy, or organizational development.

We accept major credit cards and you can add tax information during checkout if needed for business expenses. Promotional discounts are occasionally available through promo codes.

Booking process:

For technical support, course questions, or enrollment help, contact us through email or our Contact page. We provide personalized support to ensure you can fully participate in your sessions. We respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours, with priority support for urgent matters within 48 hours of scheduled sessions.

- Check your spam/junk folder first

- We'll resend materials directly

Why do workshops require a minimum of 2 participants?

Because two people create a system! Our work is fundamentally rooted in relational and systems thinking. Systems work cannot be done in isolation—it requires at least two people to create the relational dynamics, feedback loops, and emergent properties that are central to authentic systems practice.

Is there a community I can join?

Coming soon! We are launching a community space for systems thinkers and authentic practitioners—a place to continue the conversation, share insights, support each other's practice, and deepen the relational learning that begins in our trainings. Contact us to be added to the early notification list.
