Overview

This comprehensive 60-hour program meets all ICF education requirements for Advanced Certification in Team Coaching application. Covering ICF Team Coaching Competencies, Core Competencies in team contexts, and Code of Ethics, participants develop advanced capability to coach teams as integrated systems rather than collections of individuals. The curriculum integrates evidence-based team coaching methodology with practical application, preparing coaches to work effectively with team intelligence, dynamics, and natural development patterns.

ICF Compliance: 60 contact hours (30 synchronous/30 asynchronous) with 48 hours directly addressing ICF Team Coaching Competencies and Core Competencies applied to team coaching contexts.
