Can I receive a recording/replay for the session I enroll in?
Recording policies vary by program format. Some workshops include access to recordings for registered participants, while others prioritize live engagement without recordings to create deeper presence. When will I receive course materials?
Course materials, including session links, preparatory readings, and any necessary resources, are automatically sent to your registered email 48 hours before your scheduled session start date. This timing ensures you're working with the most current content while giving you adequate preparation time.
How do I enroll in a course or workshop?
Enrollment is simple:

2. Select your desired workshop or training
3. Choose your preferred session date and time
4. Complete the booking form with your information
5. Your spot is immediately held for 48 hours
6. Complete payment within the required timeframe to confirm your enrollment
How does the booking hold and payment system work?
When you select a course and time slot, your spot is held for 48 hours while you complete payment.
For short workshops:
- Payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking
- If payment is not received, your spot automatically releases for other participants
For large trainings requiring minimum participant numbers:
- You'll receive confirmation when the training has sufficient enrollment and will run
- Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving this confirmation, or up to one week maximum
- This ensures you're not paying for a training that may not proceed
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing system. Stripe provides bank-level encryption and security for all transactions. During checkout, you can also add your tax information if needed for business expense purposes.
Do you offer pricing in different currencies?
Yes, you can cancel your enrollment directly through your FastSpring account. Refunds are processed according to FastSpring's standard refund policy and procedures.
Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?
Yes! We occasionally offer promotional discounts for early enrollment, group registrations, or special circumstances. If you have a promo code, you can enter it during the Stripe checkout process to apply your discount automatically.
Can I get an invoice or receipt for my payment?
Yes. Stripe automatically generates a receipt sent to your email upon successful payment. You can also access and download invoices from your payment confirmation email. If you need additional documentation for reimbursement or tax purposes, contact us and we'll provide what you need.
Can I enroll someone else?
Yes! During the booking process, simply enter the participant's name and email address instead of your own. They will receive all course communications, materials, and access information directly. This is ideal for organizational professional development or gifting a learning experience.
When exactly will I be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately upon completing the payment step. For large trainings, you'll receive a booking confirmation first, then be prompted to complete payment once we confirm the training will run (minimum numbers met), within the timeframes outlined above.
What if I don't complete payment within the required timeframe?
Your held spot will be automatically released and become available to other participants. You're welcome to re-book if spaces are still available, but we cannot guarantee availability as our sessions often fill quickly.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to cancel:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session start date receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are eligible for 50% refund or full credit toward future sessions
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant

If we cancel:
- If a training doesn't meet minimum enrollment and we cancel, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date at no additional cost
- In rare cases of facilitator emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you immediately and offer full refunds or alternative dates
Can I transfer my enrollment to another date or person?
Yes, transfers are possible with advance notice:
- Date transfers: Contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled session. Subject to availability, one-time transfers are complimentary
- Person transfers: You may transfer your enrollment to another participant at no charge by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance
Do you offer group or organizational discounts?
Yes! For organizations enrolling 3 or more participants in the same training, or teams seeking customized learning experiences, we offer group pricing. Why do workshops require a minimum of 2 participants?
Because two people create a system! Our work is fundamentally rooted in relational and systems thinking. Systems work cannot be done in isolation—it requires at least two people to create the relational dynamics, feedback loops, and emergent properties that are central to authentic systems practice. With two or more participants, we can explore real-time systemic patterns, practice relational awareness, and engage in the co-creative learning that makes this work transformative.
How will I know if a large training is going to run?
For comprehensive trainings that require minimum enrollment numbers, we'll notify you at least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date about whether the training will proceed. This gives you adequate time to arrange travel, time off work, and other logistics. You'll only be asked to complete payment once we confirm the training has sufficient enrollment and will definitely run.
What happens if a training I enrolled in gets cancelled?
If we need to cancel a training due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances:
- You'll receive immediate notification
- Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Priority access to the next scheduled session
- Option to transfer your enrollment to another available training
- No penalties or fees of any kind
What if a session I want is full or no longer available for booking?
If your preferred session is at capacity or the booking window has closed, we encourage you to check back regularly as we frequently add new dates and sessions. Alternatively, consider our other available sessions or contact us about organizing a private group training for your team.

When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are issued within 2 weeks of completing the final session. They're sent via email as PDF documents that you can print or save for your records.
Can I complete the course at my own pace?
Most of our workshops and trainings follow a cohort model with scheduled live sessions that cannot be completed at your own pace—this is essential for the relational and systems-based learning we facilitate. However, some self-paced resources and materials are available. Check individual course descriptions for format details.
Do you provide continuing education credits?
We are currently exploring partnerships for continuing education credit in coaching, therapy, organizational development, and related fields. Currently, certificates of completion are provided but not certified for CE credit. Will my certificate show specific competencies or hours?
