Overview

Most workplace conversations happen AT people rather than WITH the living systems they're part of. RAW Conversations @Work transforms how you engage in meetings, leadership interactions, and organizational dialogue by teaching you to work with system intelligence rather than imposing individual agendas. This intensive 1.5-day program equips anyone in your organization with a systems approach to workplace conversations, enabling more effective meetings, authentic leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. Unlike traditional communication training that focuses on individual skills, this program develops your capability to engage with the collective intelligence present in every workplace interaction.

Designed For

Leaders and Managers who want to facilitate more effective meetings and engage teams through systems-aware dialogue rather than traditional directive approaches.
Team Members who participate in cross-functional projects, strategic discussions, or collaborative work requiring enhanced collective intelligence.
Project Leaders managing complex initiatives where traditional coordination methods limit effectiveness and stakeholder alignment.
Anyone in the organization who recognizes that workplace challenges are often systems issues requiring collective engagement rather than individual solutions.

Organizational Challenges This Addresses:

• Meetings that recycle the same problems without resolution

• Communication breakdowns between departments or teams

• Individual expertise that doesn't translate into collective solutions

• Resistance to change that traditional persuasion can't overcome

• Complex problems that require multiple perspectives and stakeholder buy-in

  • Systems Conversation Recognition - Ability to distinguish between talking to individuals versus engaging with collective workplace intelligence
  • Workplace System Sensing - Skill to read organizational energy, readiness for change, and natural direction during meetings and interactions
  • Collective Problem-Solving - Capability to facilitate conversations that generate solutions from group intelligence rather than imposing predetermined answers
  • Meeting Systems Design - Techniques to structure workplace conversations that enable emergence rather than forcing outcomes
  • Conflict as System Information - Ability to work with organizational tension and resistance as valuable system feedback rather than problems to eliminate
